September 1, 2026 - Trenton Youth Wrestling & Learning Center is pleased to announce the appointment of Tripp Davis, Matthew Paglione, and Paul W. Kolodzik, MD to our Board of Directors. Collectively they bring deep wrestling knowledge and community connection to the TYWLC organization. 

Tripp Davis is President and CEO of L.D. Davis Industries, Inc., a third-generation adhesive manufacturing company celebrating its 100th year in business. With more than 30 years of executive leadership experience, Tripp has guided the company's strategic growth, financial management, operational excellence, innovation, and long-term succession planning while serving customers throughout North America and international markets.

In addition to his corporate leadership, Tripp brings extensive nonprofit and private board governance experience. He currently serves as President of the Board of the Pennypack Ecological Restoration Trust, where he leads strategic planning, fundraising, and organizational sustainability efforts. His previous board service includes CSI, Brubacher Excavating, the Hiway Theater, the Abington Memorial Hospital Foundation, and the Abington Art Center. He successfully chaired a $2.1 million capital campaign to restore the historic Hiway Theater as a nonprofit community institution.

Tripp earned an MBA from Penn State University's Smeal College of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The College of William & Mary, where he was a four-year varsity wrestler and team captain. He and his wife, Jennifer, have been married for 30 years and have two adult children. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, traveling, reading, golfing, cycling, hiking, and playing piano, guitar, and drums.

Matthew Paglione serves as Director of Athletics, Health & Physical Education, and Family Life for Trenton Central High School in Trenton Public Schools. A dedicated educator and athletic administrator, Matt has devoted his career to helping young people succeed through academics, athletics, and leadership development.

Before joining Trenton Central High School, Matt taught Biology and General Science while coaching multiple sports—including soccer, basketball, baseball, and lacrosse—at both the junior varsity and varsity levels in Hamilton Township. His experience as both an educator and coach has provided him with a deep understanding of youth development, team building, and community engagement.

Matt earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Penn State University, a Master's degree in Athletic Leadership from Rider University, and holds a New Jersey Supervisor's Certificate. He is passionate about expanding opportunities for student-athletes and strengthening programs that positively impact youth and families throughout the Trenton community.

Matt lives in Bucks County with his wife, Christie, their three-year-old son, Leo, and one-year-old daughter, Stella.

Paul W. Kolodzik, MD, FACEP, FASAM, MBA is a physician executive, entrepreneur, and nationally recognized leader in emergency medicine, addiction medicine, preventive care, and metabolic health. With more than 35 years of clinical, executive, and operational leadership experience, he has successfully founded, led, and grown innovative healthcare organizations while remaining committed to improving patient outcomes and advancing preventive medicine.

Dr. Kolodzik is the founder and Medical Director of Metabolic MD, a private practice focused on disease prevention, metabolic health, and chronic disease reversal. He is also the founder of North Dayton Addiction & Recovery, which was established in response to the opioid epidemic and has helped thousands of patients through evidence-based addiction treatment. Throughout his career, he has held executive leadership positions including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Medical Officer of Premier Health Care Services, helping grow the organization into a $160 million healthcare enterprise. He continues to practice as an emergency physician while serving as an Associate Clinical Professor at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine.

An accomplished author and educator, Dr. Kolodzik wrote The Continuous Glucose Monitor Revolution and hosts The Second Opinion Podcast, sharing practical strategies to improve health and wellness. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from Wright State University and an MBA in Health Sciences from the University of Dallas. Outside of medicine, he enjoys fly-fishing and has a lifelong appreciation for high school and collegiate wrestling.
